This week I was told that we will be making a documentary as our mid-term project. While focusing on the ideas about the documentary, we were told that in order to that, we need to make a permission slip. I had never worked on a professional level before so it was a very new concept for me.
However, we as a group were deciding the make a documentary on the Rehab centers in Pakistan. Before making a documentary the most important thing was to know about the issues we will be catering to and how we would want the whole documentary to go along and the lines it will be dependant on.
In order to write a perfect proposal, we needed to keep a few things in mind:
Other than that, We saw a screening on rehab in Africa. The documentary is known as the rehab nightmares. It showed how the officials there think that drug addiction and all sorts of addiction can be tackled by spiritual beliefs and practices, which is going absolutely wrong currently.
We learned about Paracelsus which is the most expensive rehab in the world which is located in Zurich, Switzerland.
